لعبة اور الملكية في المتحف البريطاني
بكل فخر واعتزاز، وصلت يوم أمس اول قطعة من لعبة اور الملكية التي تشرفنا في دار الصفار ومجلة أصدقائي بتصنيعها الى المتحف البريطاني وتحديدا في قاعة بلاد ما بين النهرين، حيث اهديت الى الدكتور ايرفنغ فنكل Dr. Irving Finkel عالم السومريات في المتحف البريطاني وهو اول من ترجم شفرة الرقم الطيني الذي احتوى على فكرة اللعبة وطريقة لعبها في العام 1979 والذي ابدى سعادته بإعادة تصنيع اللعبة في بلدها الام، في الأيام القادمة ستزين اللعبة القاعة السومرية في المتحف البريطاني وهي تحمل ختم (صنع في العراق) وستكون ضمن متجر المتحف، كلنا فخر نساهم في التعريف بحضارة بلدنا العزيز التي تمتد لاكثر من 7000 عام.

We are very proud, yesterday the first piece of The Royal Game of UR, which we were honored to manufacture it in Dar Al-Saffar and the Asdikaee Magazine, arrived at the British Museum, specifically in the Mesopotamian Hall, where it was presented to Dr. Irving Finkel, a Sumerian scientist at the British Museum, who is the first to translate the clay number code, which contained the idea of the game and its instructions in 1979 . Who expressed his happiness about remanufacturing of the game in its home country.
In the coming days, the game will decorate the Sumerian Hall in the British Museum, which was concluded with the phrase (Made in Iraq) and will be within the museum’s store, we are all proud to contribute to introducing the civilization of our beloved country, which extends for more than 7,000 years.
